5.  The metal washer you see in the above photo with the tools will pull off, you may need to turn it, the seals come off in the same way as the dust covers did, again I used my nails to avoid damaging it with sharp tools.

6.  You can now lift the washers?/plates and springs off.  You will only need to remove the small circlip on one side and the whole height corrector is now in all its pieces.

4.  The seals are held on by a metal ring, this is simply a tight fit, and I prised them off easily without damaging the seal with a blunt screwdriver.
3.  Remove nuts both sides, you will need two spanners on the side pictured as the ball is also threaded and they're locked together like lock nuts.
REASSEMBLING THE HEIGHT CORRECTOR

Using the LHM height corrector clean everything except the two seals with the green paint on them in alcohol (NOT PETROL), and blow out all crevices with compressed air if possible.  Remove the pipe seals from the green fluid height corrector and use the ones from the red fluid corrector, reassemble the green height corrector using the two seals with the red dots on them.  The only point I noticed where care is needed on reassemble is pushing the two metal rings back onto the seals.  They looked like they had been belted on with a hammer on my car, this is NOT necessary I just pushed them back on with the palms of my hands.

Note: When cleaning LHM car hydraulic components only use petrol, and on LHS2 cars only use alcohol, the components between the cars although visibly identical CANNOT be exchanged as the seals in them aren't compatible.
The height correctors are located in front of the left rear wheel(the mudguard and dustcover must be removed), and the front is mounted to the front left suspension assembly, the mudguard and dustcover must also be removed to get to this as well.
